Meet Heiko – Owner of Tool Time Handyman Services

Hi, I’m Heiko, the owner of Tool Time Handyman Services. I grew up in Germany, where handson work was always a big part of my life. From managing and renovating rental properties to working in construction, I’ve always enjoyed transforming something old into something new.
My wife Annette and I share a passion for renovation and home improvement, which made starting our own handyman business in the U.S. a natural step. In 2023 we made our dream come true—moving to beautiful Cape Coral with our three kids and bringing our expertise to the community.

Before launching Tool Time Handyman Services I built a diverse career. I was formally trained in laying pavers and flooring, gaining extensive experience with a German construction company. My journey also took me through eight years of service as a paratrooper in the German army, including two deployments to Afghanistan, followed by 14 years as a firefighter and paramedic. Throughout my career I balanced my emergency service work with managing andrenovating our properties, continually refining my skills in renovation, maintenance and design.

From small repairs like fixing damaged screens to major projects like kitchen installations, create a new epoxy floor in your garage and full-scale renovations. I also specialize in paving and flooring, helping homeowners create beautiful outdoor spaces. With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, I take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work.

Annette - Backoffice

Hi, I’m Annette – Managing the Office.

As Heiko’s wife, I take care of the office side of things to keep everything running smoothly. With my background in business administration and a psychology degree, I ensure that communication with our customers is always clear and professional.

I handle estimates, bookkeeping, and scheduling appointments, making sure every project is well-organized and stress-free. My goal is to provide the best experience for our customers, ensuring the process is easy and efficient from start to finish.

In addition to this I manage short-term rental apartments in Germany, organizing and furnishing them for a comfortable and inviting stay. With my experience I work alongside Heiko to help clients here create the perfect vacation rental, offering personalized guidance on how to furnish and organize the space to make it both functional and welcoming.
